Each year, if financially able, the Foundation will award scholarships to
high school graduates and current college students who are the minor children (or legally adopted
minor children) of current, retired, or deceased U.S. Customs and Border Protection and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement employees. Our standard for consideration is any accredited college or university within the U.S. or within a country with which the U.S. maintains diplomatic relations. Please note our deadline for receiving applications is July 1st. All information must be submitted by that date. (NOTE: A 15-day grace period will be given for receipt of the official, final transcript of grades. Anything postmarked after July 15th will NOT be accepted). High school and college students who are the minor children (or legally adopted minor children) of current, retired, or deceased U.S. Customs and Border Protection and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement employees.
High school graduates entering college are to submit the following documents by July 1st:
Current college students must have an overall GPA of at least 3.0. Submit the following documentation directly to the Foundation by July 1st.

Consideration
A selection committee consisting of two members of the Board of Directors of the Foundation and one or more non-Board members will independently review and rank each application. Scholarships will be awarded in the order of highest cumulative ranking.
All applicants will be notified in writing by USPS mail of the scholarship committee's decisions. If applicants wish to be notified of receipt of the submitted application, they can include with their application a stamped post card in addition to the self-addressed stamped envelope. Notification can be expected by the close of September. Scholarship recipients will receive checks in their name with their notification letters.
High School Graduates Entering College 1. $6,000 renewable scholarships; $1,500 per year provided a "B" average is maintained, (This requirement may be waived at the discretion of the Board of Directors.) Transcripts with a return self-addressed envelope must be submitted yearly. 2. $1,000 non-renewable grants. Winners may apply for college grants.
1. $3,000 non-renewable grants. Winners may NOT
